These Terms govern your use of our taxi booking services.
Sree Bhavani Cabs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
Your continued use of our service means you accept such changes.
Bookings can be made through our website, mobile app, or customer helpline.
You must provide accurate details such as pickup location, drop location, date, time, and contact information.
Confirmation of booking will be communicated via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings if false or incomplete information is provided.
The fare is calculated based on distance, trip type (One Way / Round Trip / Local / Airport), vehicle type, and applicable taxes.
Toll, parking, and interstate permit charges are not included in the base fare and must be paid by the customer as applicable.
Payment can be made via cash, UPI, or online payment gateways (Razorpay, Paytm, etc.).
All online payments are processed securely through third-party gateways — Sree Bhavani Cabs does not store card or bank details.
Cancellation by Customer:
No cancellation charge if cancelled 6 hours before pickup.
50% charge if cancelled within 6 hours of pickup.
No refund if the driver has already reached the pickup point.
Cancellation by Sree Bhavani Cabs:
We may cancel bookings due to unavoidable circumstances (vehicle breakdown, natural calamities, driver unavailability, etc.).
In such cases, a full refund (if any advance was paid) will be initiated.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
Drivers are verified and authorized to operate under Sree Bhavani Cabs.
The driver reserves the right to refuse service if:
The passenger is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
The passenger behaves abusively or poses a safety risk.
Smoking, consuming alcohol, or illegal substances is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete booking details.
Be available at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
Pay the full fare (including tolls/parking) as per the agreed terms.
Not misuse, damage, or dirty the cab during travel.
Failure to follow these may result in cancellation of the ride and/or additional penalties.
Sree Bhavani Cabs acts as a cab booking facilitator and is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, delay, or damage arising from:
Accidents or breakdowns during the trip.
Traffic conditions or route changes.
Acts of God, natural calamities, or unforeseen events.
Passengers are advised to take care of their belongings. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
All trips are monitored for safety and service quality.
Passengers must follow driver instructions and maintain courteous behavior.
In case of emergency or complaint, contact our support team immediately.
Your use of our service is also governed by our [Privacy Policy], which explains how we collect and protect your personal data.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your City / State].
