This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted for bookings made through our website, mobile application, or customer service.
Refunds are applicable only for bookings made directly through Sree Bhavani Cabs (official website, mobile app, or helpline).
All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Refund processing time may take 5–7 working days, depending on the payment gateway or bank.
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
a) Cancellation by Customer
More than 6 hours before pickup: Full refund of advance amount (if paid).
Within 6 hours of pickup: 50% of the advance amount will be refunded.
After driver arrival / trip start: No refund will be provided.
b) Cancellation by Sree Bhavani Cabs
If your booking is cancelled due to reasons like driver unavailability, vehicle breakdown, or operational issues —
👉 A 100% refund of any advance payment will be issued immediately.
c) Duplicate Payment
In case of accidental double payment for the same booking, please contact us within 24 hours.
After verification, the extra amount will be refunded within 3–5 working days.
No refund will be provided in the following cases:
If the customer provides wrong pickup/drop details.
If the customer is not present at the pickup point at the scheduled time.
If the trip is cancelled due to passenger misconduct, safety concerns, or illegal activity.
If the passenger fails to inform about trip rescheduling at least 4 hours prior to the pickup time.
For partially used trips (e.g., early trip termination by customer).
If your booking is eligible for a refund:
Contact our support team via email or phone with your Booking ID and payment details.
Our team will verify the transaction and eligibility.
Refund will be initiated through the same mode of payment.
You’ll receive a confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Refunds will be processed only through:
Original payment source (UPI / Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / Wallet).
Cash refunds are not provided under any circumstance.
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected period:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
